I have been a practicing Marriage and Family Therapist for over ten years. The topics of sex and sexual health have always been close to my heart. Too many people have been taught to be ashamed of their sexual feelings and/or sexual identities. It is time for people to begin to love themselves and to work through their guilt and confusion to a healthier, better self. 

In 2013, I decided to expand my practice and work toward my goal of helping others empower themselves through healthy sex lives.  I completed a Certificate for Sexual Education and Therapy in 2014 from the University of Michigan. I am currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Mississippi and the only private practice that specializes in Sex Therapy in Mississippi. I have a certification in CPT and been trained in EMDR. I also have eight years of experience working with combat veterans and their families at the Jackson Vet Center as a part of the Veterans Administration (VA).

I am currently Mississippi’s only American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) Certified Sex Therapist. AASECT is the gold standard of Sex Therapy certification with stringent requirements and education. Please visit AASECT.ORG for further information,
